Hi, I’m Emma! With 30 years in Learning & Development and varied roles, I specialise in helping workplaces navigate the 'messy reality' of mental health conversations with confidence as part of a broader strategy. My experiences in a range of workplace settings, and as a mental health charity trustee and member of NHS suicide awareness working groups, drive me to provide practical approaches that create real impact. I work with corporate, government, and charity organisations across the UK and internationally, providing customised mental health training, whatever your size or set-up.
Sessions range from bite-size (60-90 mins) to half-day, full-day, and one or two-day accredited courses. Flexible follow-up sessions are advised to embed and refresh learnings.
Yes! All courses and workshops can be delivered online or in person, and I’m actively encouraging in-person for the added value.
