My training follow-up resources

Whenever I'm delivering accredited and customised workplace and community mental health training, I share a wealth of resources. After workshops I send a thank you along with a summary pdf to participants, including any they've also mentioned.

Sharing learnings is a big motivator for me so enjoy my ever-growing collection!

Whilst these are mainly UK focused, some are relevant wherever you are in the world. I obviously customise when delivering for international organisations (including Australia, Singapore and Philippines).
